Lately I have been looking into canning. I have a garden that has exploded (more on that soon), and would like to learn how to preserve some of the produce for the winter months. So my recent library trip looked like this....
I also borrowed a few cookbooks and a photography book to get ideas for new recipes, and pick up some tips on how to take better photos. Needless to say I am super excited about starting this adventure. I will keep all of you posted on how it turns out! Any of you have some experience with canning? Any recommendations or products you love? I would love to hear any thoughts you have into the comments!
